About
My name is Beth Cole. In 1997 our family corporation needed a website. I came to be a web designer because my husband thought I could do it and asked me to try. Once I got my feet wet, I found a field that I absolutely loved and I have never looked back .
I am self taught with the help of the International Webmaster’s Association (IWA), our local University, and numerous online and offline training programs. I earned advance team certification as a Reach Online Identity Strategist with Reach Communications, and certification in Graphics and Multimedia from the IWA.
I am a bookaholic and my shelves are overflowing. I am fascinated with design and logic. Putting the two together is the most exciting part of my job. It is always a challenge and I love every minute of it.
In addition to my web design training, I am also trained as a coach through CACC ( the Center for the Advancement of Christian Coaching now the Center for Coaching Excellence). I like the coaching approach because it helps me serve my clients in the most powerful way (coaches-you already know this).
One unique thing about my company is that I often team up with Laura Brooker of Holy Cow! Design who in addition to being a clever designer, is also my daughter. One such project we teamed up on won a top award in the “Postcards from Nebraska” contest sponsored by AIGA.
I like to write, and my article “How to Do the Branding Thing” was published in the December 08 edition of the Christian Coaching Magazine. My ebook, “Essential Web Marketing ” is available at essentialwebmarketing.com. I also blog and serve as a moderator for the web marketing section of the Christian Coaching Center.
I am a one-on-one person. I like to connect with my clients and ask lots of questions to get to the heartbeat of the person I am working with. My biggest accomplishment is knowing I have given all I could to bring someone’s dream to life.
My husband and I have been married for over twenty five years. Our grown children are an important part of our lives along with friends, sisters, Friday lunches @ the Bonfire, great music, traveling, and a good supply of books and movies.
